  • experience packages should be accepted in their entirety, please note that changes or substitutions to products included in the Experience Packages are not allowed (example:
    change the bottle with other types of spirits, such as cocktails, is not allowed;
  • please note that there are no refunds where the customer has not used/consumed all the
    products included in the Experience Package selected;
  • please be aware that all additional and eventual extras must be paid directly on site.
  • reservation will be valid only after receiving the final email confirmation;
  • For safety reasons, we reserve the right to close the umbrellas in the event of strong winds or adverse weather conditions. The closure of the umbrellas will be at the discretion of our staff and may occur without prior notice.

BOOKING POLICY

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:
Non-refundable prepayment guarantees a 5% discount on the package deal rate and allows a maximum of 1 date change, according to availability. Rescheduling is allowed up to 10 days from the date of arrival, to request a free date change it is mandatory to send an email to reservation@arienzobeachclub.com. In the event of a new date with a higher rate it will be necessary to pay the difference in price. In the event of a lower rate is permitted to spend the
credit to purchase extra services at the property. Any remaining credit will not be refunded after check-out.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
The rate is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled whatever the reason of cancellation.

SPECIAL REFUND/CANCELLATION WEATHER POLICY:
The non-refundable prepayment will not be refunded in case of cancellation by the client due to weather conditions. If there was an official warning issued for the area due to the extreme weather conditions (e.i. hurricanes, rough sea, flood, dangerous thunderstorms, tornados, etc) last-minute rescheduling is always allowed. The client will be refunded the total amount if rescheduling for dangerous weather (in which the beach club is forced to close) is not possible (e.i. alternative dates not available, available dates are not suitable for the client).

LAST MINUTES RATE

Last minute reservations are paid at the moment of booking and cannot be cancelled and/or amended. In case of cancellation, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.

PENDING LATE CHARGE RATE:

Payment is required 15 days prior to arrival, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 15 days from the date of arrival, to request a date change it is mandatory to send an email to reservation@arienzobeachclub.com. In the event of a new date
with a higher rate it will be necessary to pay the difference in price. In the event of a lower rate is permitted to spend the credit to purchase extra services at the property. Any remaining credit will not be refunded after check-out.

The client will be refunded the total amount if rescheduling for dangerous weather (in which the beach club is forced to close) is not possible (e.i. alternative dates not available, available dates are not suitable for the client).

BEACH CLUB POLICY

  • outside food and drink is prohibited on our premises;
  • a sun lounger will be assigned to each person within your booking reservation including adults and children. The use of your sun lounger is strictly personal and therefore cannot be shared with anyone else or given away;
  • if you are delayed for any reason, please contact us to rearrange your arrival time, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled for no show.
  • staying on the ground with beach towels is not permitted;
  • management reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who does not respect the rules or anyone behaving in an unacceptable/disruptive manner towards the staff/customers;
  • the opening hours of the Beach Club are from 10am to 6.15pm. Customers are not permitted to stay at the Beach Club outside of these opening hours;
  • pets are not allowed;

Data Controller

The Data Controller of personal data collected through the web pages https://arienzobeachclub.com/

 https://booking.arienzobeachclub.com/ is Bagni D'Arienzo S.r.l., Via Pasitea, 71 - 84017 Positano (SA), VAT No. 02972990655, hereinafter simply referred to as "Arienzo Beach Club", which determines the means and purposes of personal data processing.

 

Personal data refers to any information related to a natural person, hereinafter simply referred to as "customer".

 

Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing

Arienzo Beach Club processes the personal data of customers to provide the requested booking service, as well as to respond and satisfy customer inquiries regarding it. This service includes post-sale support and assistance activities. The legal basis for processing for the purposes mentioned is the necessity to perform a contract to which the customer is a party or to take pre-contractual measures at the customer's request.

 

Upon entering into a contract with the customer, Arienzo Beach Club will also process personal data for administrative, accounting, and tax purposes necessary to comply with legal obligations.

 

Failure to provide the requested personal data may result in Arienzo Beach Club being unable to perform the contract. In the case of an incomplete booking, Arienzo Beach Club may process the email addresses already provided by the customer, as it is in its legitimate interest to inform the customer about the possibilities and methods of completing the order.

 

Regarding the newsletter service aimed at offering dedicated promotions, the legal basis is consent if the service is directed to those who are not yet customers, or legitimate interest if the service is directed to those who are already customers of Arienzo Beach Club.

 

 

 

Recipients

Personal data is processed internally by Arienzo Beach Club through authorized personnel or by entities processing personal data on behalf of Arienzo Beach Club as data processors, in compliance with the data protection guarantees.

 

The data may be intended for the following categories of recipients:

- Entities, professionals, companies, or other structures appointed for processing related to the fulfillment of administrative, accounting, and management obligations linked to the regular conduct of Arienzo Beach Club's economic activity.

- Banks, financial institutions, or other subjects to whom the transfer of such data is necessary for the activities of Arienzo Beach Club.

- Legal firms for the protection of contractual rights;

- Public Authorities and Administrations for purposes connected to the fulfillment of legal obligations.

- For the newsletter service: specific servers providing this service.

 

Data will not be disseminated or communicated to third parties outside the European Union.

 

Duration of Processing 

Personal data will be processed until the expiry of the rights connected to the contractual relationship and, regarding information contained in accounting documents, until the end prescribed by law for their conservation.

 

Personal data collected for the newsletter service will be processed until the customer objects to receiving the newsletter.

 

Customer Rights 

The customer has the right to exercise the following rights with Arienzo Beach Club:

1. Obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them and its intelligible communication.

2. Obtain deletion and limitation of processing.

3. Obtain updating, rectification, and integration of their data.

4. In cases provided by law, receive in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format the personal data provided.

5. Right to object, as indicated below.

6. Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority and/or judicial recourse if they believe their rights have been violated following processing.

 

Right to Object and Withdraw Consent

In particular, Arienzo Beach Club wishes to inform the customer that, on the occasion of sending any commercial communication via email, the customer will be informed of the possibility to object to processing and withdraw consent simply by clicking on the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the email.
