TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Welcome to Arienzo Beach Club. The use of our services and access to our premises are subject to the following General Terms and Conditions. By confirming a reservation or entering our facilities, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety, including the provisions outlined in the specific sections below,
- Experience packages must be accepted in their entirety. Changes or substitutions to the products included in the experience packages are not allowed (e.g., replacing a bottle with other types of spirits, such as cocktails, is not permitted).
- No refunds will be issued if the customer does not use or consume all the products included in the selected experience package.
- Any additional items or extras must be paid for directly on-site.
- Reservations will only be valid after receiving the final email confirmation.
- Reservations will be held for up to 30 minutes past the scheduled time. After this period, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refund or changing date will be issued.
BOOKING RULES
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:
A non-refundable reservation cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Allows a maximum of 1 date change, according to availability. Rescheduling is allowed up to 10 days from the date of arrival, to request a free date change it is mandatory to send an email to reservation@arienzobeachclub.com. In the event of a new date with a higher rate it will be necessary to pay the difference in price. In the event of a lower rate is permitted to spend the credit to purchase extra services at the property. Any remaining credit will not be refunded after check-out.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The rate is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
EXTRAORDINARY WEATHER POLICY:
Arienzo Beach Club remains operational even in the case of adverse weather conditions that do not pose a safety risk to guests and staff (e.g., rain, wind, rough sea).
- In such circumstances, however, the free shuttle service (shuttle boat) may still be suspended without notice at the sole discretion of Arienzo Beach Club, while the Beach Club will remain open and accessible by land.
- Access by land is at the exclusive responsibility of the guest. The suspension of the shuttle service does not entitle to refunds, compensation, or credits.
FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE – FREE CLAUSE

- The suspension of the shuttle service does not entitle to refunds, compensation, or credits.
- The shuttle service provided by Arienzo Beach Club is free, ancillary, and does not constitute part of the services purchased with the reservation.
- The suspension or unavailability of the shuttle service does not modify the main contract and does not entitle to full or partial refund of the reservation.
- The reservation concerns exclusively the services offered on-site at the Beach Club.
- The suspension of the shuttle service is at the discretion of the Management for safety or operational reasons and cannot be contested.
CLOSURE OF THE BEACH CLUB DUE TO UNSAFE WEATHER CONDITIONS:
The Beach Club will remain closed in the event of dangerous weather conditions (e.g., hurricanes, floods, severe storms, tornadoes, etc.).
- The decision to close the Beach Club is made by the Management following official alerts from the competent authorities.
- The closure does not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle to monetary refunds, nor substitute services, except as stated in the following paragraph.
- Guests will be promptly informed via the official communication channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp) provided at the time of booking.
MANAGEMENT OF RESERVATIONS IN CASE OF CLOSURE
In the event of the closure of the Beach Club due to dangerous weather conditions:
- Guests may reschedule the reservation, subject to availability.
- If rescheduling is not possible due to unavailability or guest constraints, the amount paid will be converted into a non-refundable credit, valid for 12 months, usable at:
- New Opening Restaurant – Main Beach Area
- Chic Mama Restaurant
- YachtCellar.com
- Arienzo Beach Club – Online Merchandise Shop
Guests will receive detailed instructions for rescheduling or using the credit at the time of the Beach Club closure notification.
To confirm rescheduling or credit, guests must respond to the official communication within 72 hours, providing: Reservation ID; Availability to reschedule or preference for credit.
If no response is received within 72 hours, the reservation will automatically be converted into credit.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of extraordinary or unforeseeable events that prevent the operation of the Beach Club (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, wars, health emergencies):
- Arienzo Beach Club may offer rescheduling of the reservation or convert the amount paid into a non-refundable credit valid for 12 months.
- There is no obligation for a monetary refund for force majeure events.
- The decision of the Management will be final and non-contestable.
COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS
- Guests are invited to consent to receive notifications via SMS and WhatsApp to ensure timely updates.
- Failure to receive notifications for reasons not attributable to the Management does not entitle to a refund or compensation.
- In the event of non-receipt of emails, SMS, or calls, the guest will be responsible for contacting Arienzo Beach Club for updates, and no responsibility for this matter will be assumed by the Beach Club.
NON-CONTESTABILITY CLAUSE
The decision of the Management regarding the closure, rescheduling, or conversion into credit is final, non-contestable, and not subject to dispute.
By confirming the reservation, the guest fully accepts the conditions listed above and the clauses herein, expressly waiving any future claims or disputes.
REFUNDABLE RATE:
Cancellation before 10 days from the date of arrival provides a full refund without penalty. If cancelled or changed within less than 10 days from the date of arrival, the rate is no longer refundable, even in case of no-show. Rescheduling is allowed up to 10 days from the date of arrival, to request a free date change it is mandatory to send an email to reservation@arienzobeachclub.com. In the event of a new date with a higher rate it will be necessary to pay the difference in price. In the event of a lower rate is permitted to spend the credit to purchase extra services at the property. Any remaining credit will not be refunded after check-out.

LAST MINUTES RATE
Last minute reservations are paid at the moment of booking and cannot be cancelled and/or amended. In case of cancellation, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.

CHILDREN POLICY
Arienzo Beach Club warmly welcomes children and adolescents, providing a family-friendly environment. Children and Adolescents (2-17 years) Minors aged between 2 and 17 years are considered part of the Children category and can be included in the reservation using the dedicated online booking form.
For each child/adolescent included the reservation includes:
- 1 sunbed with mattress
- 1 beach towel
- 1 umbrella (the number of umbrellas assigned varies based on the total number of people included in the reservation)
- 1 non-alcoholic drink
- 1 appetizer
- 1 main course
Children rate depends on the experience / row you reserve.
BEACH CLUB POLICY
- Outside food and drinks are prohibited on our premises.
- A sun lounger will be assigned to each individual in your reservation, including both adults and children. The use of your assigned sun lounger is strictly personal and cannot be shared or transferred to others.
- If you are delayed for any reason, please contact us to reschedule your arrival time. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation as a no-show.
- Lying on the ground with beach towels is not permitted.
- Management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who fails to comply with the rules or behaves in an unacceptable or disruptive manner towards staff or other customers.
- The Beach Club's opening hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Customers are not permitted to remain on the premises outside of these hours.
- Reservations for lunch require arrival at the beach at least 20 minutes prior to the reserved time to allow for the check-in process. In case of delay, the reservation will be rescheduled to the next available seating, subject to availability.
- Pets are not allowed.
EXTRAORDINARY WEATHER GUIDELINES
- For safety reasons, we reserve the right to close umbrellas in the event of strong winds or adverse weather conditions. The decision to close umbrellas will be at the discretion of our staff and may occur without prior notice.
- The complimentary shuttle boat service may be suspended due to adverse weather conditions and/or dangerous sea conditions. In such cases, Arienzo Beach Club remains accessible by land.
DOCUMENT VALIDITY AND VERSIONS
The version of the General Terms and Conditions published on the official website of Arienzo Beach Club at the time of booking shall prevail and supersede any prior or outdated versions. Any changes made after the booking date will not be applied retroactively unless they are more favorable to the client or required by legal provisions. In the event of discrepancies or interpretative doubts, the most recent and available version on the official website shall prevail. It is the responsibility of the client to consult the website up to the date of their booking to verify any updates.
