USEFUL INFORMATION
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- Once your booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details and your QR Code to be shown at the beach arrival;
- Your reservation will be valid once the pre-payment will be done successfully;
- Cancellation before 10 days from the date of arrival provides full refund without penalty. If cancelled or changed within less than 10 days from the date of arrival, the rate is no longer refundable, even in case of no-show. Rescheduling is allowed up to 10 days from the date of arrival, to request a free date change it is mandatory to send an email to: reservation@arienzobeachclub.com. In the event of a new date with a higher rate it will be necessary to pay the the difference in price. In the event of a lower rate is permitted to le/s spend the credit to purchase extra services at the property. Any remaining credit will not be refunded after check-out.
- The rate is refundable and can be cancelled until 10 days before the arrival date, if cancelled within less than 10 days A from the date of arrival, the rate is no longer refundable, even in case of no-show
- Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 30 minutes of your confirmed arrival time. If you are delayed for any reason, please contact us to rearrange your arrival time. Please note, if you have booked lunch for 1pm then the latest possible arrival time is 12.30pm, if you have booked lunch for 2.30pm then the latest possible arrival time is 1pm
BEACH CLUB RULES:
- Outside food and drink is prohibited on our premises;
- It is not possible to make reservation requests for sun loungers only. At the time of booking, you will be able to select your favourite package deal and the type of lunch you require and the time slot that best suits you;
- Management reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who does not respect the rules or anyone behaving in an unacceptable/disruptive manner towards the staff/customers;
- The opening hours of the Beach Club are from 10am to 6.15pm. Customers are not permitted to stay at the Beach Club outside of these opening hours;
- A sun lounger will be assigned to each person within your booking reservation including adults and children. The use of your sun lounger is strictly personal and therefore cannot be shared with anyone else or given away;
- Staying on the ground with beach towels is not permitted;
LUNCH OPTIONS:
Arienzo Beach Club presents two lunch options. Wood terrace: places are limited, the Beach club proposes the following time slots to choose from 12:00 - 13:00 - 14:30- 15:30. Please note, the allocated time slot ends when the next time slot begins; Beach Lunch: lunch will be served to your sun lounger on a beach table. It is possible to order your meal between 12:00 and 15:15.
HOW TO REACH US:
Private water taxi
On the central pier of Positano you will find several companies offering water taxi services, such Lucibello or Grassi Junior. We recommend that you contact them in advance to find out the cost of their service;
Shuttle Boat service offered by Arienzo Beach Club
Arienzo’s complimentary boat service departs from the central pier of Positano. The service is available between 9:50am and 1:15pm. We kindly ask our customers to arrive on the pier at least 30 minutes prior to their confirmed arrival time. The return boat is scheduled from 4pm until late afternoon. Arienzo’s boat is easily recognisable by our famous logo which bears a blue and yellow compass rose;
Bad sea conditions and/or bad weather conditions:
The boat service might be suspended due to bad sea conditions. Arienzo Beach Club remains accessible by land. Arienzo Beach Club could also remain closed in case of dangerous weather conditions. If this is the case, our customer care will notify you as soon as possible and rearrange your booking according to the weather forecast. We apologise in advance for the inconvenience.
